#PROJECT1HOUR 2023

Welcome to the largest climate workshop in the world, which we at Volkswagen organize once a year.

In previous years it was reserved for Volkswagen Group employees – now everyone can take part. Here you will find all the necessary materials and information.

Once a year, the Volkswagen Group invites all employees worldwide to pause their work for an hour and instead develop ideas for climate protection – and ideally implement them immediately. Whether it's saving energy, climate-friendly means of transport or eating less meat: many hundreds of thousands of people at Volkswagen have since contributed to the fight against climate change with great actions in their private and professional environment.

Every year we provide extensive material for the workshop. This helps to come up with concrete ideas and actions. Until now, the material was exclusively available to employees at our worldwide locations and production sites. But now we want to motivate and inspire even more people for climate action! That is why we are now making the workshop documents available to the employees of our car dealerships – and of course to everyone else who wants to do something for the climate.

This year (2023) there are the #Project1Hour-Game and three options – depending on your wishes and previous knowledge:
